Where we train
We train in Marble Hill Park in the summer months, bringing it indoors for winter - usually Rivermeads Hall, Stanley School, and The Crossways Centre.

HaylerFITNESS is affordable personal training achieved by working within a small group. Being part of a small team provides the motivation and drive to push your fitness boundaries.

Each programme runs for six weeks. During this time you can sign up to single, two, three or unlimited sessions per week. Each session is 55 minutes and includes a warm up, a different workout each time to build your strength and cardio fitness, and time to stretch.
