This class focuses on calming your mind and lengthening and strengthening your body through a series of fluid movements and deep breathing exercises. It's the perfect way to balance your mind and body and find inner peace.


Every Tuesday evening 18.30 pm

All you need is a mat and 55 minutes to yourself
