Season 2 starts on 26th February!
6 weeks of progressive fitness and strength training with 7th week to catch up on missed sessions or PAYG.
As well as continuing blocks of 18 (Optimal), 12 (The Double) or 6 (The Single) sessions there is a new Unlimited option which will allow you to attend ANY and ALL sessions for 7 weeks!
You may be aware of the increased costs of halls and training space over the past year. Despite this I have tried to keep the fees unchanged for as long as possible, but I now need to make a small increase to cover costs, effective from 26th February 2024.
The new price list is as follows:
PAYG: £16
The Single (6 sessions over 7 weeks): £90
The Double (12 sessions over 7 weeks): £168
Optimal (18 sessions over 7 weeks): £234
NEW: Unlimited (all sessions for 7 weeks): £250
Did you know that you have a 65% chance of completing a goal if you tell somebody else that you are doing it, but if you have specific regular check-ins like group training, that success rate increases to 95%?
Sharing progress and achievements, especially as part of a team, is the most successful way to reach your fitness goals.
Over the coming weeks I will be trialling new ways to help you monitor progress towards your fitness goals and keep yourself and your team accountable. The idea is to strengthen our community and make fitness as fun as it can be!
